Great place for sauna / cold plunge combo. Pleasant, relaxing, and clean facility and equipment. Friendly staff & ownership.

They provide everything you need so you can just show up and relax. The equipment is state-of-the-art and well-maintained. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a natural way to reduce inflammation and boost their mood.
