Worst massage center I have ever been to. I do not recommend this facility at all if you are looking for an Indian head massage. All the negative reviews you see on Google are true—it is a complete waste of money. They don’t apply any pressure or actually give a massage; they just keep placing their hands on your face. On top of that, the oil they pour in the last 10 minutes is extremely hot and very uncomfortable. Please do not go here.
Very disappointing and subpar massage today by Danielle. Back massage consisted of simply pressing on and pinching my back. When asked to modify, she became defensive. Arm massage was stretching only. When asked again to modify she suggested ending the session early, then demanded payment for the whole hour. If you are going to be a professional, you need to listen to clients and what they want. Using the excuse "this is how I do it" is not professional, respectful or acceptable.
Came to Sandra with a knot in my back, 60mins and $100 later, I still had the knot in my back. Had a good conversation tho
App doesn't work and web booking is bug out at selecting birthday.
