My experience was similar to the other reviews. I had won three tans in a silent auction and I wish I had read the reviews before bidding. It took a week for the owner to respond to my initial email and then I scheduled. I drove across town and no one was there when I arrived. He said he already left but would get me in the next day so I wanted to give him another chance. ETA: I scheduled a second appointment for today at 1:00, the appointment was confirmed yesterday, however, the door is locked and my calls are going to voicemail. Please save yourselves the hassle and AVOID this place. Waste of time and money. I purchased a two pack teeth whitening on Groupon and booked my first appointment for the following week, and my appointment was confirmed. I had a great experience! Purchased a deal thru the Shop app and was nervous about how I would be treated (ie when you use Groupon, etc). Joey was very nice. He is knowledgeable and customizes your tan based on your wants/needs. My tan was even and the perfect color for my Vegas vacay! It lasted about 6 days, which is standard for my skin. Just as other reviews, I did have to text back and forth w/ the owner before I was able to enter, but there wasn’t much delay past my original time.

My first experience here was fine but then I was promised a free/discounted tan due to being slightly displeased with the darkness of my tan and I tried to schedule it via phone but no response. I also had bought a 3-pack of tans and I tried to schedule my appointment online, it was confirmed, I show up and no one is there and the door is locked with no response again via text. At this point I just want my money back for the pack of 3 tans if it’s this difficult to get a response//an appointment :(

Trying to get a spray tan done at this studio has been a major waste of time. The owner might do a great job for those who are lucky enough to actually receive the service they booked. He canceled same-day for my first appointment, less than two hours before the appointment time. This left me scrambling to find an alternate option before I left for a trip.
