Uptown Sauna House is a hidden gem! The outdoor space is beautifully designed, clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxation. We loved the variety of cold plunges, the traditional sauna, and the comfortable hot tub. The lounge area added to the peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to unwind. My partner and I had a wonderful, rejuvenating experience and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!
What a great way to treat myself and take care of my mind and body. Everything was clean. It was a unique and relaxing experience. I let them know it was my first time so they could show me around. I powered through the hot and cold cycle three times and then soaked away in the hot tub for the remaining time. I left feeling rejuvenated. Amazing, thank you so much.
Amazing experience. Love doing sauna and cold plunge. I’d only done sauna by itself before. Paul is such a helpful person in explaining it all. Great way to spend a couple hours with a friend.
