I had such a great experience at this unique sauna house! It’s tucked away in a beautifully converted backyard, and I loved the cozy, welcoming vibe. The contrast therapy moving between the cold plunge and the sauna was incredibly refreshing and relaxing, the perfect way to start my day. Such an awesome experience. The host is willing to sit and help you through the Cold plunge if you want guidance or just give you space if you want some reflection time. The garden is beautiful, it's so much better then being in a small sterile room paying twice the price for this experience. Just a heads up that you are in someone's back yard, you can hear noise from neighbors, but that didn't take away from my experience. 10/10. And I keep booking more plunges because I love it
Uptown Sauna House is a hidden gem! The outdoor space is beautifully designed, clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxation. We loved the variety of cold plunges, the traditional sauna, and the comfortable hot tub. The lounge area added to the peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to unwind. My partner and I had a wonderful, rejuvenating experience and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!
