Small, but everything needed for a relaxing 90 minutes. The host was helpful, but not in your face. Even though it is an electric sauna, it gets up to the heat needed for a good sweat. The outside shower has plenty of hot water and didn't seem awkward even though it's only four people at a time - I was there by myself with another group of three people. It was super relaxing! I was able to sauna, cold plunge, relax in the sun , and end with a relaxing time in a hot tub.
Sauna/cold plunge at USH has been a weekly ritual of mine for 2 years now. The space is a beautiful oasis! The hosts are kind, thoughtful, and always doing projects to improve their guests’ experience. Paul is gives great coaching in contrast therapy, always for first time guests or anyone wanting engage the practice more.
Been going to this spot for well over a year and I’m still obsessed. Solid price, super chill environment, and the service is always on point. Sauna + cold plunge + jacuzzi = best reset. Paul’s great—always welcoming and finding little ways to make it even better every time. Highly recommend booking a session!
I had such a great experience at this unique sauna house! It’s tucked away in a beautifully converted backyard, and I loved the cozy, welcoming vibe. The contrast therapy moving between the cold plunge and the sauna was incredibly refreshing and relaxing, the perfect way to start my day.
