The facility is very well staffed, it's clean, thank you, you people all have your hands full! Smile and have a good attitude! That's all you can do !
Went to visit a family member and the young man that greeted us was very helpful today. He went out if his way to help. However l there were cigarette butts outside all over. Don't look nice for being a rehab.
Well, if I could leave no stars would of been best! How disenchanted I am with this facility. My step father was transferred from Rust to Genesis. What a horrible experience he had. The nicest person there was the lady who cut his hair. Otherwise nurses and anyone there need to find compassion and treat one with Respect. Let alone how the nurses talk to him ! I will be sure to tell everyone and anyone about Genesis and the horrible experience that he had- right at Christmas. Christmas morning was so sad for him. Worst place ... read more
