I have been calling for 30 mins to ask about a family member and there is no answer, not even a directory or a place to leave a message.
Stopped in to visit my brother who would be on the Street homeless there was these kind people there and I asked him how things are and he says he was all right with everything no complaints really other than situation he's in fine staff was good the food looked all right
My mother is there I live out of state so I have to rely on calling her Since I don’t have a vehicle. You can never get through on the phones or they disconnect you as a pick up. I sent a tablet with all her information so she could be on video calls. Nobody there has offered to help her to call With her tablet.
