We had smooth and perfect transaction with Nazirah Premji on the process of paying out and discharging a mortgage. As the lender of the transaction, we are impressed by Nazirah's professional acumen and trust while representing our mutual client. I would recommend Nazirah and her team to deal with real estate payout and discharge related business.
Even though my friend warned me not to go here because she had a bad experience, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Well she was right! They bungled the pay off of our condo mortgage so I ended up using a different notary for the purchase of our new condo. Our old mortgage company was not impressed with Uptown Notary and agreed to take the remaining money owed on the mortgage straight from our account so I wouldn't be charged for sending it to them and neither of us would have to deal with this company again. I was going to give them my file and they were just consistently unresponsive in a timely manner and I decided to go with a different notary." Very disappointed, I drove all the way, and they are close, it's my second time. Very unprofessional.
Nazirah is amazing. She’s super organized. And detailed orientated. Explains everything well and is very knowledgeable. She was also patient and gentle with my elderly parents. If you are looking for a Notary who is both professional and personally, I highly recommend!
