This response is directed to the owner’s claim that my review was written simply to lower their rating. For anyone looking for a notary service, I encourage you to read the Yelp review from 2018 written by another customer who described a very similar experience. In both cases, the receptionist initially quoted one price and then requested a higher amount when it was time to pay. I would also encourage potential customers to look closely at the reviews.
