Very unprofessional staff, please don't come here for laser hair removal, i took more than 10 sittings but not even 1% improvement .Every time you go, you will get a new staff and they will make excuse that previous one quit the job. Its their strategy that very first time you will get experienced staff then later on every time you go, it will change. They don’t cover the areas properly, how come one employee takes 25 minutes and other only 10 minutes for the same. Very disappointed and wastage of time and money.
Jamie is a lovely young lady and she really explained everything thoroughly in our consultation and I went forward with the skin tag treatments and it was good to get it done after all this time of having skin tags. A bit "spicey" as Jamie described it but not that bad at all because Jamie really is gentle and took very good care of me and it was over quite quickly. I recommend Jamie.
Hydra facial was more like clean up service of the face. Honestly have had better facials done before. I went and tried the place because of social media posts but sorry not sorry not the best at all.
I had a really bad experience with Spa Medical Uptown. I did laser for my Brazilian and underarms, but my hair growth got so bad. Every week I have to shave, and there was no result at all. I finished all six sessions from March to August, and honestly, it just feels like I wasted my money. Very disappointed
Not sure what all the hype is about. My facial was anything but relaxing, very disruptive. Opening and shutting the door during my facial a million times. Couldn’t even keep my eyes closed or relax. Refilling bottles of prodcuts during my treatment. Honestly how unprofessional and annoying! Not to mention the nasty robe I was given for my facial. It was ripped with holes in it and didn’t even have a hook to close it.
