The driver arrived late and didn't seem prepared, which disappointed me because I really expected a professional experience. Additionally, the car was not thoroughly cleaned. To make a good impression, I reserved a limo, but regrettably, this service fell short.

Uptown Limo charged my card twice for a single trip and refused to issue a refund, claiming it was a “bank error.” It’s been over two weeks, and I’m still waiting for my money back. Terrible business practices — beware before you give them your credit card info!

I booked a limo for my wedding day, and the driver showed up 30 minutes late with no apology. When I called the office, the dispatcher was rude and completely unhelpful. For the amount of money I paid, I expected professionalism — not excuses. I would not recommend Uptown Limo to anyone.

We reserved a car for an airport transfer, and they never showed up. When we finally got through to customer service, they said the reservation “wasn’t in their system.” I had to book an Uber last minute and almost missed my flight. Completely unprofessional operation.

Our driver was aggressive on the road, honking at other cars and speeding. On top of that, he was rude to my guests and seemed irritated the entire time. The ride felt unsafe, and it completely ruined our night out. I’ll never use Uptown Limo again.
