Beautiful facility, excellent customer service, and such a unique experience! The closest most of us will come to feeling what it would be like to float in space. For those folks with claustrophobia fears, the float facilities are open and you can choose to keep some lights on. Sad to know this facility is changing hands, but looking forward to its new chapter as a wellness spa.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE! Friendly staff !! The experience is AMAZING!! Get for sore muscles & joints.
I enjoyed this spa. I only deducted a star because it started off rocky. We were told our session was canceled due to no worker available. When we asked for a refund told only can have credit. This was the only day we could do it they advised they would get someone to come in. The owner came in and did our session. It was very fun and very relaxing and worth the money. I will be back for sure!
My daughter received a float via giftcard for her birthday. Since she has temporary hair dye, the staff recommended she not float so she won't be liable for possible water contamination. I respected and appreciated their recommendation but they won't refund the money on the gift card. Not even to the purchaser. So a total waste of money for the purchaser. We did get a tour and got to feel the water. Feels a bit cold. Website says the water is "SKIN temperature 93 degrees". Not BODY temperature (98 degrees). No thanks all-aro... read more
