A tech named Mike did an outstanding job fixing a front derailleur problem I was having and charged only $15.
I called two days in a row to speak with the owner regarding a special order I wanted to place on a very expensive and special bike. He has not returned my calls and when I spoke to the bike mechanic he told me that he had given him my name and number. And you want to know why small business are failing?
