Great variety of tiles to suit many budgets. Service is great here and they even serve customers free coffee with a freshly made biscuit, meatballs or Cafe mini muffins. Great advice and assistance. Jacob served me and he goes out of his?way to do what he can to please the?customer and help with colour coordination and designer advice. Nothing is too much trouble for Jacob and others at Uptiles.
I found a large selection of tiles received professional advice and bought my tiles at a good price. The end result was beyond my expectations. Thank you Gemma. Why you shop anywhere else.
Helen from Uptiles has been absolutely fabulous. I visited the store when I was visiting QLD from interstate and ended up buying all my floor and wall tiles for a major renovation. Helen helped me make my choices with her eye for style and even helped me arrange the shipping. Her after sales service has been fantastic, helping me with every query I have. I’ll be making the trip back to Uptiles next time I renovate!

Our experience with Uptiles was exceptional. All of the staff were courteous, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. Ad and Kris in particular really went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy and there is nothing they don't know about tiles. Would highly recommend this store.
