What a beautiful and thoughtfully designed space! Every detail feels intentional, with fine touches that make it feel both elevated and welcoming. The studio was spotless and radiated good energy. I took a class with Leslie on Sunday and it was amazing—she’s a fantastic teacher with incredible energy. I’ll definitely be back!
Had a solo Power yoga session with Savannah and it was great. She was helpful and knowledgeable. Hit the sauna after and felt great!
Awesome place! We are chillin in Denver while waiting for our flight and decided to come here. Very friendly staff and sauna and cold plunge are awesome! 10/10 recommend!
Can't say enough good things about the UpSwell Studio! The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and beautifully designed to make you feel instantly at ease at their South Broadway location. The various class types were a big surprise, even the Pilates session blew my mind. The instructors are super knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely passionate about helping you feel your best. Not to mention the saunas and cold plunges were very well kept! No chlorine or any nasty chemical smell like many places!
Such an inviting, calm & beautiful space with something for everyone. I had THE best experience at Upswell & would recommend it to anyone! Please open a new location in Windsor, CO!!!
