Upstate children's hospital is wonderful. The adult ER and hospital horrible. Communication is non existent. My daughter was there recently for 10 hours. A man came and said "I am here to take her". Who are you? Take her where? To do what? No one told us this procedure was to be done. 2 days later... bacteria causing infection is antibiotics resistant. You have to come back. Its critical. Wish I could write about an experience but you guys literally ignored a man in pain since 2 years, a big lump in his jaw are, even partially facial numbness, because “The bloodwork was fine” Are you kidding me? Not maybe because you messed up constantly his paperwork since half a year, when he got the referral from the local hospital because you’re literally the only ones who could’ve helped him? Well ig we pray it’s no cancer and you refused to see and diagnose him. Fingers crossed.
