Haley sold me a non smoker two vapes that didn't work for my husband once i got home. I called and let them know they said they'd have a manager call me a manager never called me to make this right. They have a sign that says make sure vape work before leaving store, but that means nothing. They will then show you another sign that says no refunds. They substituted with another vape that didn't work. Then gave up. Employee advised she was 'sick of hearing about it'. Called owner, wife answered. She was of no help either. So this place got free money for no service or product. Pretty shady...watch yourself in there....
I've come in about two times now, and will most likely come back many many more times! I was treated very well by the 3 employees I've talked to. This smoke shop literally has a massive selection of literally everything you could want! In this era of loads of random "smoke shops" popping up everywhere - this place literally tops them all! It's like they literally have everything you could need!
Big selection and Micheal is absolutely amazing! Will make aure you walk out with exactly what you need and want!!
