Manny prepared my taxes in an organized manner, but made mistakes with my business name and address. When I reached out he failed to correct upon request. There were also additional tax credits I qualified for that were missed. The overall experience was subpar, I will be looking elsewhere for better service and accuracy. If you choose to work with him, be cautious about his attention to detail, especially with spelling.
Manny goes above and beyond to help clients, even called the IRS with me to get to the bottom of an old issue! One tip: when you call Manny to schedule an appointment, write down the directions he gives you! Just typing "900 Jefferson Rd" in my GPS took me to a parking lot a few blocks away, but it was so worth the scavenger hunt to find his office! 5 Stars
