Left messages a few times to schedule a physical therapy appointment, still no return call. Went to Manlius PT a few years back and was very happy with treatment. Communication on scheduling end was always an issue when calling the call center!
The therapist are outstanding - but the loss of their long time receptionist has made customer service difficult at best. If your focus is on getting well you can’t find better PT. If
We were referred here over a month ago by our doctor. THEY HAVE YET TO ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL US BACK. We have left multiple voicemails, been sent to their answering service countless times, and still, no call back and zero communication. Worst office in the country, these people don't care one bit about their patients. Their communication is so far beyond lacking, I would look elsewhere before even bothering with this place. Terrible. Absolutely terrible!
can't get anyone to answer the phone. 3rd attempt this week and on hold to make an appointment for over 25 min each time. I am considering driving there to make an appointment but that seems ridiculous. The therapists are very good though.
Took over two weeks to get an appt. Had to verify appt with insurance questions stayed on hold for over 25 minutes 3 different times and no one ever answered. Their hours state 8-4:30. Poor representation and customer service. Makes me question how good the physical therapy would be.
