can't get anyone to answer the phone. 3rd attempt this week and on hold to make an appointment for over 25 min each time. I am considering driving there to make an appointment but that seems ridiculous. The therapists are very good though.

Took over two weeks to get an appt. Had to verify appt with insurance questions stayed on hold for over 25 minutes 3 different times and no one ever answered. Their hours state 8-4:30. Poor representation and customer service. Makes me question how good the physical therapy would be.

Upstate Physical Therapy is without a doubt the worst PT facility I've ever been to. First, all calls to make a appointment for any of their locations goes to a call center where you are placed on hold and may never get a person to answer. They must be poorly staffed or poorly managed or both because it took me 3 call attempts to talk with someone to make a first appointment. They are always booked it's impossible to get an appointment if you are a new patient
