Excellent Services Provided By The Best Staff In The Upstate Patient Care Services.
I can't say enough great things about Upstate! I live in WV and my father and step mother live in SC. I found them online and looked at all of their services. I was impressed that they were one of the few I found that not only services my father's area, pretty rural, but also helps one apply for your parent's VA benefits! These guys went above and beyond with the care of my grandmother. We were at peace all throughout each day knowing she was in great hands. I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone!
I had an interview here a few weeks ago. I supposedly was hired, but never had my orientation. They called and cancelled my orientation before I had it. I called and they kept beating around the bush for over a week about my orientation. A waste of my time. They kept asking me for my number, but never returned my calls about my orientation. Bad communication with this company. Moved on.
Beware! They were referred by VA to help bath my dad and when they began we has a person just not show and charged VA then they provide a superior guy CNA who was wonderful with dad. But after dad going to hospital and rehab it took a month to restart and just 2 weeks after the person did not show or call. The office said she got more hours and no one called me.
