Phones number just goes to busy signal. Website seems not to work. Every tab and button you click on takes you back to the homepage. No contact info or ability on site. Still in business?
Very unreliable and unresponsive. Tried to reach out months ago to set up a session for our employees, and never heard anything. Several employees made appointments online, and when they showed up to the appointment, no one was at the studio. Very disappointed.
@JennaPruitt I'm having the exact same issue. No response to email or phone. @JonathanWood You must have hard yours done at about the same time. Have you had any issues?
I had appointment on June 26th and have still not received my edited headshot photo. I have called and emailed Alaina multiple times with no response. Unfortunately I have had to resort to posting this review in hopes to get the owner’s attention. The appointment was pleasant however the service and lack of response especially after having paid is unacceptable.
