Very unreliable and unresponsive. Tried to reach out months ago to set up a session for our employees, and never heard anything. Several employees made appointments online, and when they showed up to the appointment, no one was at the studio. Very disappointed.

@JennaPruitt I'm having the exact same issue. No response to email or phone. @JonathanWood You must have hard yours done at about the same time. Have you had any issues?

I had appointment on June 26th and have still not received my edited headshot photo. I have called and emailed Alaina multiple times with no response. Unfortunately I have had to resort to posting this review in hopes to get the owner’s attention. The appointment was pleasant however the service and lack of response especially after having paid is unacceptable.

I had a great time with Alaina and Upstate Headshots. Of course the quality of the photos was top notch. Exactly what you would hope for dealing with someone that specializes in this area. But Alaina made the shoot fun. Her bubbly personality and excellent coaching helped turn what could have been an unpleasant experience into a memorable moment. I will absolutely use Upstate Headshots the next time I need high quality photos, at a reasonable price.

EXCELLENT work!! I needed a professionally taken headshot, so I decided to go with Upstate. Alaina was cordial, fun, and professional, and very accommodating of personal preferences (i.e. trying from both the side and front, different backgrounds, etc.). I HIGHLY recommend her, and being an investment, it was worth the price.
