Online banking has been down 4 months they outsource credit reporting the credit reporting services website is also down but it doesn't stop them from spamming emails with links that don't work this has to be one of the worst banks in the upstate
The ones that complained need to try the other credit union in Anderson County to see what bad is They have been mighty nice to me
Worst experience I’ve had at a credit union. I got a new debit card from Courtney at this branch on Thursday, but due to an error on her end, the card didn’t work all weekend — not even at ATMs. I had to waste my day off again to come back, only to be met with excuses blaming the card manufacturer / maker (the same one they used to reprint the card that day).
