Worst bank ever! Make up rules, lie to your face, put crazy long holds on stuff for NO reason even after checks have been coming through from same job or employer for some time. Now it’s tax time and we should be able to access our last years statements as we were told. But now they want to charge us for those. Complete bullS!@$ rude as hell when you go in, no hellos from anyone. Ask to speak to the manager about made up fees, rilles and holds and get an even worse experience. Branch Manager Paulette Kirkpatrick is too stupid to realize when someone is trying to help her collect on a loan. What a moron!! Don’t do business with a credit union that wound hire an idiot like this one. A manager who refuses payments. Really??
Apparently the Anderson branch of UFC doesn't think that Stimulus checks are legit. They places a hold on the check because it was $200 more than the previous ones that I put in the account. I have been banking with UFC since 1996 and the Anderson SC branch workers have given me the most trouble of all but today I am looking for another bank. Fir example, At one point the Anderson branch would not even allow my children PUT money on my account to surprise me. That wasn't right to me. Then I called two other branches and... read more
