Don’t waste your time with OTC - go see Jeremy! This is the voice of experience— I fooled around with Eargo, Sony, and Apple Airpods - always ended up unsatisfied- I just didn’t expect a professional audiologist to make a big difference and I was 100% wrong - suffice it to say that I’m a very happy camper now and blown away by Jeremy’s knowledge and the value for my $$
My sons hearing aid broke last night. I came into Upstate Family Hearing this morning and Jeremy quickly saw it was an easy fix. He repaired it and we were on our way to school in no time.
