I will admit that I do not have the knowledge and background to understand acupuncture and evaluate the skill of an acupuncturist. One thing I do have, however, is an ability to evaluate the way a customer is taken care of and the caring and compassion of the practitioner. It is on these latter factors that I give Eric kudos.
