My experience was the same as the other 1 star reviews. Incredibly disorganized group. Rude. And definitely wasted my time for 6 months milking me for billable hours, but never got to the treatment I was there for. I transfered to Crouse, but Upstate will not send a copy of my records to Crouse and will not provide them to me. My own medical records, they will not provide a copy to me. I initially had my surgery way back in 2012 with Dr Simon. If he is still there, DON'T GO TO HIM. I had so many problems from gallbladder issues to shingles! I now am back over a decade later up upper GI issues. I've only met with the current team once, but they seemed very concerned about my issue, even all these years later. I'll get an endoscopy to determine if it's a simple fix or if I need an actual revision (Which I am hoping I don't)
Save yourself and go somewhere else. I don’t know what part was worse; being forced to wear a mask after 4 YEARS when they have been proven not to be effective and do absolutely nothing. Or the lack of care or concern towards the problem which I was there for. First, the informational insert to an N95 mask says they don’t prevent the spread of infection, illness, or disease. Dr Rabeck is the BEST and her team she cares and Heidi is my Favorite.She honestly deserves more credit than she gets I’ll tell you that she is an amazing person truly a sweetheart and she has a heart of gold ❤️ You want to loose weight and keep it off I suggest you come here and go to Dr Rabeck .
