I highly recommend Upscale Furnature for their customer service. I purchased a lift top coffee table that came damaged. I emailed customer service and Alana the store manager quickly responded. She immediately sent out a replacement top for the table no questions asked! I am truly satisfied !
We have purchased both indoor and outdoor furniture as well as several smaller items at Upscale over the past few years.
Today a small nobody roofer broke down in front of this establishment. While everyone worked to assist the guy, the owner came out and instead of what I was afraid of yelling at us, was super sweet and amazing. She offered us to use the bathroom, asked if she could help referr us to reputable local mechanic and was just a super nice person. I drive by this place often and think my husband and I will be going in to buy some cool furniture in the near future
