If you’re in the OBX area and looking for furniture, I highly recommend Upscale Furniture! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the buying process smooth and easy. They even delivered our couch immediately after purchase, and when we had trouble putting it together, they came over the same day to help—amazing customer service! Their Veterans discount is a great added bonus, and of course, the friendly dogs made the experience even better! We will definitely be buying all our future furniture from them!

Went in twice. Ignored both times. Second time, my husband attempted to ask questions. Sales person never looked up, never made eye contact. I guess they are doing well enough that they don’t mind losing a sale from someone with money in hand and a truck to carry. We would’ve spent at least $5,000. 5 stars for the dog, tho. He gave us more attention than the saleslady. He even played ball with us. First visit 10am on September 14, 2nd visit 1pm September 23.
We bought most of our furniture from them. Have not purchased anything since ownership changed.
