Throwing a fragile package is lazy and disrespectful. And the UPS Claims is a joke. Still haven't heard back from them for a claim for a lost package this summer.
Received an email saying they tried to deliver my package at 5:30 am today! I have an extra-large mailbox and a covered porch. No one tried delivering a package here this morning! When I call the phone number, it says it’s not available! The tracking number says the US Post office has my package—not UPS Mail Innovations! Are these people scammers?!?!
They received my package from Texas jan,17th ..today is the 25th an they say its not delivered due to the weather but i see the trucks out in our area ,an we live 20 miles from the airport area, i believe the morons have lost my medical supplies
