Package pick-up is closed from 1pm-4:30. You need an ID with the same address as the package you're picking up. Parking is busy because you have to use the employee parking lot. The receptionist at package pick up was friendly and efficient.

I am beyond frustrated with the service I received from UPS, particularly at the Haslet CC branch. My package, which contained irreplaceable passports for my parents, was lost. These passports were crucial for their upcoming trip, which had to be canceled as a result. This not only led to significant financial losses for our family business but also forced us to cancel my sister’s wedding- a day we had been planning for months.
