Walter was a good host
I paid for overnight delivery.. it arrived at Bristol Tn location on Friday before noon… will not deliver till Monday… why pay for a service they obviously don’t provide.. fyi… it shipped out on Tuesday… overnight would be Wednesday delivery… so it takes them 7 days to deliver an overnight package… and don’t try to get your money back for the shipping.. they stonewall you and won’t refund you for the lack of service they provide!!! They really need to change their name from UPS to OOPS!!!
Had to pick up the product myself. The lady at the shop was very helpful and friendly.
Terrible service!!! They called me today to pick up a package so I came and the lady was very rude. We were waiting a while outside for somebody to bring it out, and finally went in the office to see what’s going on. She says oh he’s on lunch he’ll be back in about 45 minutes. She was just gonna let us sit out there.
