One of the ladies was rude and aggressive
I was disappointed by my recent experience at UPS. This used to be a clean, professional place where it was easy to conduct business, but it has changed significantly. From the moment I walked in, there was a strong odor of marijuana throughout the store. Whether customers or employees were responsible, it created an unprofessional atmosphere and was not what I expected from a business. Terrible experience. There were three ladies there and one with a very, very heavy looking, clown makeup. They all kept arguing with me telling me that I had to pay for the box and shipping label for my x finity, modem dropoff. I finally left and went to the xfinity store and was told that that should not have been the case. They partner with xfinity and accept modems there.
