Edit: DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a disgrace to UPS. Wrong hours and systemic stolen packages. There is a newly opened place on Industrial with great hours and staff - go there. Edit Edit: they message like they are going to change something but never do. Update the hours and make a better package drop. That’s what you can do UPS! How can UPS suck this much? Their hours are always wrong. They’re outdoor boxes are always crammed full. Please figure it out. It’s not hard.
No box anymore. Impossible schedule for people that are not retired. Edit: This is Juneau, ALASKA. There are no other locations or boxes.
To locate front door, look for white mailbox w/ "1900" stenciled in bold black numbers. The door is located in the small alcove behind the mailbox. Customer service hrs are M-F only, 9am-11am.
