UPS- which charges an extraordinary sum to deliver packages-claims it can’t get up my driveway which has been both plowed and sanded and which I can navigate without trouble and I don’t drive for a living. Then, after they call and tell me I must go find them and get my package myself, they don’t even bother to tell me they are only open 2 hours a day! So they expect me to rearrange my schedule to do their job. Absolutely useless people.
Jan 2026: the UPS Customer Center for Juneau is closing (this will just be a distribution warehouse) as of Jan 16 2026. You can ship "hold for pickup" packages to the new UPS Store on Industrial Blvd. This is likely better since they have much better hours. They are an official "UPS Access Point", and required by UPS to accept hold for pickup packages at no charge. --------- 2024 prior review: It does seem like UPS is totally fine with this being one of the worst supported UPS stores in the US. This place is the worst, my return was stolen out of their box! GET ANOTHER BOX ! OMG I can't believe they even need to be told this!
Incompetent facility with lazy and misleading hours.
Edit: DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a disgrace to UPS. Wrong hours and systemic stolen packages. There is a newly opened place on Industrial with great hours and staff - go there. Edit Edit: they message like they are going to change something but never do. Update the hours and make a better package drop. That’s what you can do UPS! How can UPS suck this much? Their hours are always wrong. They’re outdoor boxes are always crammed full. Please figure it out. It’s not hard.
