Larry was recommended to me by my neurosurgeon to strengthen my back and core prior to spinal surgery. Larry is caring and extremely knowledgeable . He has given me excercises that have successfully strengthened my back and core, to such a degree that I have avoided surgery for about 2 years now. I go to Larry every few months, when I feel I need to. I always leave Larry feeling much better than when I got there, and the excercises keep it that way.
