Ripped off about 1600 dollars... thanks!! I'm a single dad and needed to file bankruptcy.. they gave me lawyers that didn't want to communicate.. and they charged me like 2or 3 hundred dollars for everytime I called to complain about the service...
I was told i qualified for Chapter 7 bankruptcy by the employee"s with upright law. they took my $205 and put me in touch with one of their attorneys. I was then told i make to much to file and my case was denied. upright closed my case. i requested a refund and they agreed. well it has been over two months with no refund. i called and they said it was in the mail on July 7th and that it was coming from California. i have yet to receive my refund. i filed a complaint with the BBB. Everyone be warned! These people are literally trying to charge me $695 for talking on the phone with them for a total of 2 hours. I tried to cancel my service because I didn't need it anymore and I was being charged for talking to non attorney staff. Literally just for talking. I understand charging me for talking to the lawyer but they were charging me for talking to non attorney staff when I tried to cancel and I was never informed that there would be a charge for this. Needed to talk to my fiance about spending $1700 for it so I got told, Give me a call back when your done playing around. More like dont call back and take my money elsewhere. Get better customer service!!!
Paid in full 6 months ago and still nothing filed...our mandatory certificates we paid for have expired and we have to take the class again. Find someone else
