They might be great people. They might have even been able to help me out. But the gentleman I spoke with sounded more like a used car salesmen from the 80s than a lawyer. Also, be advised they let you know up front some jargon about the call being public ? Or monitored by other lawyers which is fine but it seems like it was more of conference call.
