Terrible experience took 3 months to contact me after fees were paid attorney was rude didnt let me talk hung up on me and dismissed my case would not recommend upright especially if your in the midwest region
I have asked upright and the attorney they set me up with on multiple occasions what I need to do to get my driver's license reinstated being as the debt that suspended it was filed on the case. Sent multiple emails and never once did I get a response from either upright nor their associate attorney. Now I got my discharge letter and come to find out that they were supposed to send the bmv the paperwork and information and they haven't even attempted to do so.
