Kaitlyn was incredibly informative and helpful! This was my first time going to PT and I'm hopeful for my progress moving forward
Great experience, just a few sessions in and already a pretty remarkable improvement. Easy to schedule, Kaitlyn provided helpful ROM and strength exercises. Did dry needling, massage and stretching. Looking forward to getting back for some more sessions.
Upright is the best! It has a comfortable environment with a staff who provide the rarest of services these days...results through knowlege and encouragment with a touch of fun for good measure!

I can’t say enough about the care I received at Upright Athlete. I spent months doing rehab before I had surgery and then after I had my hip replaced. Gabe is not only an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled Physical Therapist, he is kind, compassionate and encouraging.
