I have had the best experience working with Dillon. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I have improved in my sport, and I 100% give credit to the training that I’ve been programmed for these past three months. Of course, you can’t make it into the gym without passing the front desk. Meredith runs the show, she will make you feel so welcome and at home, and her tea recommendations are superior. If you are looking for a personal trainer, physical therapist, or a gym family this is the place.
I’ve been going to Upright Athlete for almost two years now and can’t recommend them enough. I originally found them after ankle surgery, and they helped me go from being in a cast to getting back to full range of motion and even running again. Since then, I’ve come back for all kinds of issues, including neck pain, back pain, and muscle weakness.
