UA has an incredible group of PTs. The entire staff is friendly and very professional. Patricia was incredible to work with and extremely patient with my rehabilitation. She has me back to 100% and ready to attack workouts again.
I highly recommend Patricia at Upright Athlete PT! She has made this my best PT experience. I previously went to two different PT’s for the same issue that brought me to Upright - knee/hip discomfort with high-impact activities. The other PTs were always nice, but the routines felt more like a band-aid than a long-term fix. Often, I would improve and be pain-free while doing only a small amount of activity (e.g., running), but the issue would flare up again as I increased frequency and/or duration. I’ve went to Gabe for the past few months for a shoulder/neck issue and I have to say he’s amazing! He’s very knowledgeable about what to do to fix the problem. Highly recommend!
