Dr. Kevin Speer diagnosed me with adhesive capsulitis/frozen shoulder and suggested I see a physical therapist. Thankfully, Dr. Gabe Dimock specializes in shoulder care. He helped me so much that Dr. Kevin Speer was surprised at my progress when I followed up with him! Needless to say, I highly recommend working with Dr. Gabe Dimock for shoulder pain! I’m sure he can help with many other PT issues- and he’s so pleasant to work with!

They’ll help you recover from injuries, help you get back to training again, and help you to achieve whatever your individual fitness goals are

Gabe is the best. I’ve worked with him for hamstring and neck issues several times over the last couple years. He’s always so helpful and personable. The gym is well equipped. Everyone is very friendly. I definitely recommend Upright Athlete!
