We had a terrific experience with Jacqui, Vanessa, and Keith. We worked primarily with Keith for the first time this year after switching tax providers. Not only were we able to easily get the "blocking and tackling" done related to this year's tax return, but Keith gave some great advice on reducing our tax burden in future years, which we really appreciate and didn't hear from our other provider.
