The doctor was great, but they can definitely inform patients about their fees and procedures a lot better. I too work in medical admin and was very upset that things were not explained better here. I was told $95 for the initial fees, but when I arrived I was asked to pay $595 at the appointment. The admin also took down the wrong email so that I didn’t get any info before the appointment, which was very upsetting. Excellent Service ! Highly recommend it..
All staff members, from the front desk to the podiatrist, were professional and pleasant. I cannot recommend Dr Robert enough - he is thoughtful, patient-centered, and honest. The clinic runs on time and they often have same-day appointments available!
