I had booked a move with UpMove to move out of a townhome into a new bungalow. Most items moved were larger furniture items like couch, beds, dressers, etc... During the move out the movers damaged the wall in the stair case. This was not too bad but what was awkward was that one of the movers conducted repair during my slotted move time, therefore I was paying him to fix an issue caused by him. This was problematic as it is costing me over $60 per mover per hour....he should have fixed this after the move was completed.... read more
