This office demonstrated the absolute worst patient care imaginable. Priscilla, the unkempt, unprofessional office manager, rudely proclaimed that she can pick and choose any health consumer she pleases regardless of race, disability, economic background, etc. Vanessa, the gatekeeper, screens out the unsuitable. The dietitian, Katie, overweight herself, created a 9-page list of questions designed as a deterrent to malpractice rather than an inquiry into the best care for a patient.
