Very poor program. The communication between the staff and patient is horrible. I was given conflicting information at times and not informed of all of my options when going through the preop process. I had a lapse in going through my preoperative process due to some severe life circumstances (my husband had open heart surgery) and was dismissed from the program. Dr. Myers was not interested in why I had missed sessions and had no empathy. Very disappointed with him and this program.
