The doctor was great but the staff was awful. Doctor recommended a few things for me to pick up. The front desk didn’t even ask me what pharmacy I had. Couldn’t even get the list of items I needed. Just sent me home without a script or anything. Wasted my time. Absolutely horrible front desk personnel. I’ve never been to a UPMC office and left empty handed without a visit summary or my prescription instructions. Front desk personnel needs to be replaced.
I live 2 hrs away, got stuck in a snow storm with traffic, called an hour and a half away to let these witches know I was stuck and that I would be 20 minutes late. They told me to keep driving and they would take me. Got here, and they said sorry. We will need to reschedule. UPMC CAN KISS MY ASS!!
Morgan McGuigan is fantastic. She is very caring and patient. She explains everything in detail and makes you feel at ease. Takes her time and doesn't make you feel rushed. Highly recommend!
