I have received excellent care the four times I’ve been there for therapy. Mark is an outstanding PT and everyone in the office is very encouraging. I constantly recommend this office..
Horrible people work there. When I called they said there was an emergency which I understand. Told me they would call me back at 1pm and didn’t get a call from them so I called at 3:26pm when I asked to set an appointment the lady who answered extremely rude like, the physical therapist said he would call you back, okay. I hung up and called another place. This place is out of hand. Treating me like I was a problem cause I needed help. I strongly advise everyone to stay the hell away from this place.
Mark does a wonderful job. Nice person that knows what he is doing. Easy to work with.
Mark McMillen and his staff are the best in the business. Highly recommend.
