Highly recommend uplift retreats Weekend was packed full of fun 5am cold dips in the ocean, full moon ecstatic dancing. Breathwork journeys and yoga Shaun and his team are super friendly, made you feel very welcome, light workers at their best 😇 I was glowing after the retreat and couldn't stop smiling 😁 precious memories I will cherish for life Much love to Shaun and his team ❤️💕
The facilitators were of the highest calibre, their sessions (embodiment work, kundalini, meditation, aspecting) allowing me to ‘crack open’ the trauma I have suppressed for a really long time. I leave the retreat with an understanding of the ‘masks’, and self imposed blockages I have been carrying my entire life. I have no words for the weekend. The sacred feminine retreat with Uplift Retreats 💕 But I will try. It was life-changing, more than I ever thought possible, challenging, connecting, vulnerability, crying, laughing, sharing, expanding and loving.
