I reached out to Uplift Funding for a pre settlement fund. Our case was as close as you can get to a guaranteed multi-million dollar settlement. My attorney provided all documentation of the case. After going to the underwriter they said we can't fund you until you have an offer. Isn't that the reason you use a company like this? If I only get funded after an offer, why would I even need the pre settlement money. Don't waste your time with this outfit. Can't express how bad this company operates.

Fantastic company! And Luisa is hands down the BEST at customer service I’ve had the privilege to work with. Had some issues on my end and without fail she was diligent with daily updates. And to my surprise, it seems like she genuinely cares for and about the people that need her services. I can’t think of one thing that I’d ask them to or that they would need to change if you need this type of service in my opinion, it would be silly to go anywhere else.
