Luisa just made it happen for me! Thank you so much for the hard work uplift! You guys are absolutely awesome. The whole way through (which only took a short time) I was informed on what was happening and very hard working for my money! Great service! Uplift Legal Funding – Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with Uplift Legal Funding. I applied for legal funding over a week ago and promptly provided all requested documentation. My attorney also provided documentation and communicated directly with Uplift multiple times. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked for information that had already been submitted. The loan company was so polite. They really explained everything so that I understood what was going on they answered every question without any hesitation and they really know what they're doing. They did not hesitate or put me off on any questions I asked they were so knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything that was going on I recommend them highly to anyone. After speaking with Uplift for about ten days and being told my case was under review for underwriting, I was told my case wasn't able to be funded because I didn't have a surgery date set for a cervical fusion. I have a high value commercial semi accident case requiring three surgeries, and I have already received a lot of medical care. So good luck to those with cases of lower value. Call Oasis instead.
