This space is lovely. Very welcoming and calming. The pod room was inviting and perfect temperature. Everything was explained well and was easy to get your self ready and into the pod. A beautiful space to truly relax. Highly recommend.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Uplift Float Centre offers something unique — a space for true restoration of body, mind, and spirit. Since my float, I’ve experienced better sleep, mental clarity, and a deeper sense of calm. Reuben is a great host and you feel very welcomed and relaxed before you even get to experience your treatment. I have floated before a few years ago and so was able to compare my experience. The private float rooms are calming, warm, very clean with great bathroom and shower facilities, towels, shower products and even a robe. What a fabulous time out. Rueben is very welcoming and the experience leaves you both totally relaxed and rejuvenated . I felt indulged and I have slept deeply since. The facilities are clean and private. I highly recommend a visit for a float.
I’ve always love Sauna sessions and my visit here was nothing short of incredible. The guy was super friendly (my bad I didn’t hear his name) but showed us the facilities, whatnots, and super accomodating he’s allowed us to extend for 10more min. It’s so good we did it again the next day. I’m just on a holiday, but if I live here in Nelson, I’d definitely become a regular here. The spa gives such a serene vibe it keeps you wanting to come again.
