Mixed reviews, I guess I’ll go ahead and share my experience. There was a worker named Jose. I’m not gonna name any names. He was insulting, passive-aggressive, and didn’t understand or know what was happening in the shop. Then he seemed very upset when his attitude was mirrored back to him with the same tone. Just bizarre behavior for a tech company or business, with all of the upcoming security tech issues, just unsettling, uneasy feeling.
I took them a motherboard to a radio that needed a component replaced So I provided a donor board and they were able to help me out with a days time Put the radio together at the shop and tested it there and everything worked like new Very nice service and takes out of the normal jobs
Secondtime coming to the store and service was excellent as usual
I HIGHLY recommend that no one gives money to these people! They are the worst and don’t care about their customers at all! They just want your money! I paid $250 for my iPad screen to fall off a week from when it got fixed. Then I come back in to tell them and show them, and the guy at the front tells me that I just pried my screen off of my iPad, when I just stated to him that it fell off when I was using it at the house. Will never come back, I needed my daughter iPad fixed, I called before I brung my daughter iPad in and they gave me a price of $145. When I brung it in on June 16 I told him what was wrong with it “the iPad screen needed to be replaced” along with the power button needing to be repaired and the guy I spoke with over the phone was the same guy that diagnosed it in person and gave me the same price of $145.
