Please save your time and money, do not take anything to this place to get it fixed. All they do is steal your money and not fix anything. Worst business ever, worst customer service. They walk out on you when trying to resolve the issues they claim to have fixed. It’s a way of ignoring you, to make you go away. Save a headache, your time and money.
Great place reasonable prices, going back
I been coming here a couple year’s now I stay on 1960 and 59. Walking distance from the store are used to go all way to Hillcroft and Harwin to get my phones fixed is a couple of guys in the store that are very cool. There’s one guy almost made me come out of character. His attitude is just ridiculous. You shouldn’t treat customers like that especially loyalty customers
My camera lens cracked and I came to have it replaced/repaired as advertised on the building storefront. I left and noticed the new glass was chipped a bit on the outer edge. I asked about it and they said it was glue that would go away after a while. It was scratched. After I left, I noticed there was still debris inside the lens after they replaced it. My phone constantly says to clean the lens and readjusts. I asked about this and the manager told me I should go back to Apple if I want it properly repaired. He couldn’t wi... read more
