Ralph is nasty and unprofessional.
The customer service, craftsmanship, and follow-up was incredible. Sherry is very responsive and Ralph is a man of his word. Will DEFINITELY do business with these guys again.
I AM WARNING ALL DENTAL PROFESSIONALS TO DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! I couldn't give these guys a zero so it had to be a one star. These guys are a Joke! Even I do better upholstery and I'm not even a professional upholster. I used them to redo a 511 kit and it took them two months when I was told only four weeks! When I opened it up it was horrible, there were bubbles all over the upholstery and the foam looked scarred.
