My overall experience was GREAT! There were clear communication from the beginning regarding measurements, pricing and details. Management is very efficient and experienced, I recommend this convenient location on Mamaroneck right off of 95!! :)))
Do not use this company. Raul very unprofessional. Covered my banquette with sub optimal Upolstery that peeled and frayed and he did not stand behind his product or service! Upolstery didn’t even last a year. Had to redo the job completely at a significant cost.
This place is a rip off...Raul, the Dominican owner covered up with gold loves money....that camping chair was broken on the side...When I saw the quality of his products I was willing to pay for a high price : 195 dollars but the chair broke again...he had down only a few stitches on the side...he didn't use any new fabric.....so I asked to be re- do...as I was ready to dispute the cost...he asked to keep working on the chair...it looks like a remodeling...we rarely used it once in a while having breakfast on the porch....h... read more
I am standing outside with the police because I was threatened by Melissa, store worker. I am trying to get my furniture back and they are refusing the police to give it back. More to follow.
BUYER BEWARE!! They do not deserve any stars! Horrible experience! They are crooks! STAY AWAY! DON'T USE! Raul Torres does not know what he is doing. He ruined my couches. He lies and took advantage of us. Uses very cheap material but charges a lot of money. The stuffing is also very cheap and coming apart! Cushions are now malformed and bumpy and no longer fit on the couch. Seams coming apart. There is no support on the backs of the couches. They do nothing right. All the chairs and couches in their store are not their work... read more
