Two words to describe this company, Upgrade My Credit, Blair Warner & Kim Pellum. SCAM ARTIST!! I signed a contract in June 2022 & have not seen or received any promised correspondence. In the beginning, Kim returned maybe 3 text messages. Then only empty promises with no proof of efforts. It was always, "I'm working on your file & will update you tomorrow" Still waiting on tomorrow...DO NOT use this company for anything! Absolutely outstanding people! made me feel comfortable with my situation and improved my credit seriously quickly!
Big promises in order to get paid - absolutely ZERO work done. No follow up , no results. They literally talk big to get you locked into payments and then disappear. It’s called STEALING. I’ll be contacting Better Business Bureau. Maybe the police. I’m sure my money is gone but at least I can warn others. DO NOT FALL for the promises and talk this is a SCAM. I hired them 9 months ago. All they did was take my money. Literally did NOTHING.
Absolutely the worst. They were so adamant and responsive before I signed a contract. Immediately after I signed they were unresponsive. Credit didnt do very much. I had to beg to nullify contract and after the subscription ended, they continue to pull money out of my account. Every month I have to file a claim with my bank. They literally steal money. If you're smart you would heat what I am saying
This place is awesome. Thank you! Short version, they did what they said they would do. Our scores (my wife and I) are up high enough to buy a house in January as planned, and through their guidance we saved even more money toward a down payment. They also introduced us to a wonderful Realtor and mortgage lender. Thanks again. Looking forward to 2020!
