Upfront Guitars was great to do business with. Gordon was very helpful during the sale and was a pleasure to do business with.I bought a new Seagull S6 in late December and asked him to hold it until the first week of January before shipping, so that it would not sit in a distribution center during the holidays. Like clockwork it shipped the first week of January and arrived expertly packed and in perfect condition. I will do business with them again in the future
Brought new life to my mid 70s Alvarez acoustic and G&L bass that had a slight neck twist. Super knowledgable and friendly staff and fast turnaround. Highly recommend!!
It's rare to find a boutique, specialty shop where the folks really know their stuff that isn't pretentious and way over priced. Upfront is just that place. Highly knowledgeable staff, quality first brands and reasonably priced. The store is comfortable and the staff is eager to help you find just the right piece of gear. They stock things that are normally special order or just impossible to try out before buying. I love this place. Only wish it wasn't so far from where I live but there is probably for the best!!!!
Had been meaning to stop in since moving to the area and I wish I’d gone in sooner. Great selection of boutique pedals, amps, guitars etc. Really cool selection of used gear at reasonable prices. Most importantly this is a true local music shop- ended up chatting with the owners for a while who were super knowledgeable and friendly. I dropped my telecaster off for a tune up and it was done in a few hours even though they told me it might take a few days, and it’s playing better than ever. Will be back soon for more gear!
